You’ll have the entire home to yourselves, with both upstairs and downstairs areas unlocked and ready for your stay. Entry is seamless via a secure, keyless code that will be provided ahead of your arrival. Inside, the home features two cosy fireplaces, generous communal areas for relaxing or entertaining, and a fully equipped commercial-grade kitchen—perfect for preparing shared meals and hosting celebrations.
Outside, the large private backyard is an inviting haven. Fruit trees line the garden, offering shade and a tranquil spot to unwind. There’s plenty of space to enjoy a quiet morning coffee, an afternoon picnic, or a game on the lawn. Whether you’re relaxing in the sun or gathering for a barbecue, the yard provides a peaceful setting to reconnect with nature and each other.
Located just 100 metres from Triabunna Marina and moments from the local IGA, cafes, takeaway, and pub, The Colonial places you right at the centre of town while still offering a peaceful retreat. With everything within walking distance, including the ferry to Maria Island, there’s no need to hop in the car once you arrive.
