During our stay at the lovely Colonial, our family of 13 celebrated my mum’s 80th birthday. We were lucky enough to have Noeleen and her team come to the house and cater for our little dinner party. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. They cooked in the house’s commercial kitchen, dressed the dinner table beautifully, served delicious food made from local produce, then left the place spotless and our stomachs full. It was all lovely, but the profiteroles were a real highlight.
